2. Order Cancellation Policy
2.1 Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
To cancel, contact us at support@medleiz.co.in with your order number.
A full refund will be issued for pre-dispatch cancellations.
2.2 After Dispatch
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
You may request a return after delivery if the product is damaged or incorrect.
3. Return & Replacement Policy
3.1 Eligible Reasons for Return
You can request a return or replacement if:
The product is damaged, defective, or broken.
You received a wrong product, quantity, or variant.
The product differs significantly from the description shown on the website.
3.2 Return Request Timeframe
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share clear images/video of the issue for faster processing.
3.3 Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- With all tags, accessories, and labels intact
4. Refund Process
4.1 Refund Method
Refund will be issued to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).
4.2 Refund Timeline
Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product and verify the issue.
4.3 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Products damaged due to customer use
- Missing packaging or accessories
- Return requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
- Items purchased under clearance, sale, or discount (unless damaged)
5. Return Shipping Charges
If the product is damaged or incorrect, Medleiz will bear the return shipping cost.
For non-eligibility cases (rare), customer may bear the return shipping cost.
